I’ve been taking DEVA Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily, and I can really feel the difference in my energy and overall mood. I’ve struggled with low vitamin d for quite a long time and have been working with my endocrinologist to try to get to a normal level. It was finally this product that got me there. The tablet is on the average-small side and thus is easy enough to swallow. I have not noticed any bad taste when taking this. You only need to take one to get the full dose. I buy the two pack every three months and give the second bottle to my daughter to take to college with her, so the value is good for me.
