Yes, you can add a tower to the Rialto Reformer.

Does this come with a video or manual for all the excersises you can do?

The reformer does not come with an exercise manual, but Balanced Body has a several videos on their website, and there are several videos on YouTube. If you have never done reformer Pilates before, I would recommend taking a few classes to learn some basic moves and proper form, and then use the online videos.

Can you get wheelbarrow wheels added so the machine can be moved easily?

Not with the Rialto. Balanced Body has a different reformer that is portable and can be stored under a bed or upright in a closet or against the wall.

Can this unit be stored vertically on it's end?

You can not store the Rialto on its end.
