Fantastic Ear Domes

Changing often keeps your hearing sharp and your ears clean
Replace often. These are a great product.

Good but does not have wax filter at the tip.
The fit for these are like others and fit okay. The issue that I have with them is the lack of the filter at the top. Most others domes will have a filter screen on them that helps protect the ear wax from entering the wax guard. Like a first line of defense. If you don't have quick ear wax build up, then it is not an issue. But for me, it increased the need to change out the wax guards more frequently. So I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of the shield.

Nice if you have a small ear canal should make a larger size
If they were a bit bigger and fit great but they're small and they fall out all the time

Don't fit
The tulip domes were as advertised but don't fit my ears. They were harder to insert into my ears and while I had them in it was like my ears were stuffed shut with something. I had not tried tulip domes before and will go back to regular domes.
