Works Perfectly
This is much much better than you can buy in big box stores. This version with the brass valve is definitely worth it, it’s very durable and smooth to operate! The spray is perfect for any size of plants and the water flow is great. It’s also made in WI, made in the USA! Buy one and don’t think twice.

Solid construction, easy to use, comfortable...basically perfect.
I spent a lot of time trying to find the right watering wand to water my bushes out front...more time than I'm willing to admit. I finally decided on the Dramm 12501 Rain Wand, and I'm very happy I did. I briefly debated the wands with multiple stream patterns, but eventually decided that I wanted something made of metal so that I didn't have to worry about accidentally cracking it into pieces. I looked at others that can flex in various directions but again, they all seem to be made largely of plastic. So, I decided to trust the other positive reviews for this product and give it a try. What I got was something that seems to defy physics with the deluge-like amount of water it puts out, while still having such a gentle delivery. It feels very solid, is just the right length, is almost all metal, is very comfortable to hold, and has a great [metal] flow control at the base which works perfectly. If you've gotten to this product, I'd recommend you just stop looking now and add this to your cart.

Totally excellent!
The Dramm watering wand is a very well made product and is much more effective and durable than the ones usually offered at the big box hardware/building supply stores. The shut off valve is high quality and is easy to use with just your thumb. It doesn't leak like all the other big box store watering wands. This is THE watering tool you need!

Poor Watering Wand
Got tired of buying water wands from the local stores that lasted a season or two if you were lucky. This wand is built very well and should the plastic head need replacing will be easily accomplished. The on/off valve is very heavy duty brass which is another bonus. The wand isn't cheap but is as good as you will ever find for your watering needs.Update: The brass Dramm valve that comes with this is very heavy but unfortunately poorly machined. There isn't enough surface area on the inlet side for the hose washer to seal so the unit leaks terribly. By the time I checked out the complaints from my wife it was past the 30 day return policy. As it is...the unit is junk and don't waste your money purchasing it. Perhaps I received a defective valve but how do you return it for the "lifetime guarantee"?

Great watering wand!
This is a really nice watering wand. I was a little concerned at first because I bought it to replace a multi-pattern wand, but it's easy enough to change the flow with the well-made brass shutoff valve.

Works great as long as you have enough water pressure
Works great as long as you have enough water pressure. Too little and the shower becomes a waterfall. I really like the solid metal construction and replaceable parts. The foam grip was split on the one I received, but not a big deal. Also I had to have a replacement shipped because the first one was missing the brass valve.

Great water wand.
Love this wand! The best quality and water delivery I have experienced in a watering wand. Easy to turn on and off and the metal tooling is worth the difference in coast. There is only a soft rain water level, but it delivers more water while remaining genital. My watering time has been greatly shortenen. I have hanging baskets on long chains in my Sycamore tree. The longer leanth of the wand was great for reaching my baskets. The unanswered question is, will this wand last longer, without leaking; then wands I have had in the past? I would buy this wand for the landscaping I do for others or as a gift for friends that love gardening as much as I.)

Been wanting one of these
Recently took up bonsai and was struggling to not blast the soil medium out of the pots while still giving the plants a good and fast watering. The old plastic wand I was using from a grocery store cracked over the winter so I finally had the justification to move this from my wishlist to my cart. I appreciate the metal construction and brass fittings. Only been using it for a couple months but hoping it’ll stay in good shape for a long while to come

What did I spray?????
The spray head has a multitude of holes consequently normal water pressure is insufficient to create a spray, water just drops out like there was no spray head just an open hose. Came from Amazon.com USA so difficult to return, just have to say that the phone contact for Amazon.uk was unbelievably helpful but I can’t say more than that.Buy the illustrated sprayhead from Draper, it’s not a wand but it’s magic.
