I can’t remember because I had ordered it for a little boy who I heard that he needed one to make his mother a Valentines gift.

The copy states " 20 Sheet Punch Capacity," does that mean once you punch 20 sheets you throw it away, because it has reached capacity?

It means that you can fit 20 sheets of paper for one punch.
