Poor Sizing, Bad Quality
I bought a small for my 14 lbs Shih Tzu a few months ago and it fit perfect. Decided to order one for my 16 lbs Pug in a medium since she's a little bigger. The medium wouldn't even fit on her but fit my Shih Tzu perfectly almost like it was the same size as the small. I held the medium (which I verified it was actually a medium) next to her small and it's the same size. So I ordered a large for my Pug. The large is so big I could almost wear it. It's seriously huge.I am honestly not even sure what to recommend except avoiding these since the sizing is a nightmare.Oh, and the quality is horrible. The collar/harass hole is literally just a slice in the material and will easily rip if you try to use it. On ours it wasn't even fully cut thro like it should be.

This was purchased for a 10 pound Shih-Tzu dog who is a die hard Cardinals fan, much like her dad. The item fits well, and is super cute on her.It has a red hood and red sleeves, with a gray body and cardinals logo on it.The sweater must be lucky because the first time it was worn, the Cardinals won.It does not stretch much, so if your dog has a large head or long arms, you may not be able to get it on easily, but overall it is a very cute game day accessory for any fan of the Arizona Cardinals.
