Innovative new product to help with memory, energy and focus
I got this product because my memory is horrible, I need a product to help me remember things for more than 3 seconds. I've been reading and hearing a lot about Nootropics and their benefits to open up the mind and help with focus, I just had to try this.So they really outdid themselves as far as the packaging goes, this product can't be breached without you knowing it. The bottle arrived in a box with a seal holding it closed. Secondly there was a plastic seat around the lid of the bottle and than another barrier to get inside the bottle. So the product is very secure. Very attractive literature inside, lots of info about the company and the products and the benefits as well as usage instructions etc.So the recommended dosage is 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water, unfortunately there are only 16 days worth of product in the bottle. The capsules are easy to swallow with water, they don't get stuck going down. So I did notice the first day that I had more energy and I was able to focus better, that pleased me. I think the memory part will take more time and so I will take these capsules every day until the bottle runs out and hopefully my memory will be better by then. I will definitely come back and edit my review to reflect any additional benefits I feel I got from taking this supplement. I'm excited about this product! I'm pleased with this purchase and I do recommend others try it as well.

CVS and Amazon's BEST...from Texas!
Clinically-studied and done to the best of all possible standards, OptiMind Memory capsules came in a 2-pack along with an enclosed brochure that explains how the Vitamin D/Cognizin/Bacopa/Phosphatidylserine combination works. It does an immediate 40% short-term, fast action stuff and 60% that over time and regular use will support and build your system for real, better cognitive functions. So, green tea, vitamin D and soybeans plus other methods that you can see on Huffington Post, Vice, Scientific American magazine, Oxygen network and Entrepreneur magazine. This formula is also available as a powdered mix for water that adds even more for a good daily balance.CVS and Amazon carry this brand! Included is a chance to ALSO test their NuCulture probiotics digestion helper and their OptiMind SLEEP sleep aids. Now, I'll advocate a smart(er) diet and some at least moderate exercise to keep your mind and circulation healthier, but cognitive thinking is what you and I want to master to our best. So, try OptiMind . It's safe, well thought-out and made by Alternascript for a premium formula that hopefully will work for you like it does for us.THEN, use the enclosed QR code for samples of their other products as proof that they really know their stuff. It's all the right place to begin before running to your doctor.

Drink Plenty of Water With Them
After the first three or four days of trying these out, I was lukewarm in my opinion at best. I've tried one or two other cognitive stimulants that seemed to work better for me. On the third day, I felt shaky for much of the afternoon and I immediately thought that maybe the caffeine in these was too much for me. I'd just about decided to write this supplement off when I finally read the informational booklet that comes inside the box this supplement was packaged in.First off, the little booklet is four-color, attractive and quite informative. Once you get past the marketing blurbs, there are a few details about the clinical study that gave birth to the product. There are also general tips on how to be more productive. One of the most important pieces of information to me in the booklet was the guidance to take OptiMind "with a full glass of water." That little nugget is not stated on the bottle. I've found that since I started to drink more water with these, their effects have been more noticeable -- focus, attention to detail, etc.I think this supplement is a little pricey, but if they offer a residual effect after the bottle is empty they might be worth it.For those of you keeping score, here's the breakdown:Ease of Swallowing- BDirections- BEffectiveness- BValue- B-Overall Grade: B-

Might work, but isn't hurting
My dad's been taking these for a week or so now, and he says he thinks it's helping. It's hard to tell, really. He's had a lot of health problems this year and I think he's had some oxygen deficiency, too. He never seems like he has dementia or anything when I talk to him, but my mom and he both think he's getting forgetful. He is super smart and quick-witted so a little forgetfulness means he's still brilliant-- so it is kind of hard to tell if it's working. He, however, senses a difference and my mom THINKS he has better recall than he did a couple of weeks ago.He has had no adverse effects taking these and, since it's working, or he thinks it's working, we'll buy another bottle to give it a longer trial.Recommended.

Will Help With Cognitive Issues
This supplement contains some known cognitive enhancement supplements, also known as nootropics. I take all of these on a regular basis, and I can feel the difference after a few of them in particular. The main ones I feel an effect from are citicoline and bacopa. Citicoline can help increase acetylcholine levels in the brain, and when I take it, my memory gets better. And, when I take it before bed, I have a lot more vivid dreams. Bacopa has similar effects.Phosphatidylserine is a known cognitive enhancement supplement, and I started taking it some after reading it might improve golf scores (I need all the help I can get). This formula also contains some Vitamin D, which may have some cognitive benefits as well.I suggest taking this with some fat, since some of the ingredients are fat-soluble. Taking it with some lecithin would help as well.Overall, this is a good cognitive enhancement product. I can always feel the difference after this.
