will this tape stick to osb to tape the seams, to create an air barrier?

Can it be used on gp durock?

Yes I have used in that application before several times

Is this self sealing?

Yes but you absolutely MUST roll the tape to press it down after placing. It is pressure sensitive. MUST ROLL IT!!!

is this enough for window flashing? Why and how's "stretch" one better/expensive?

Worked great for my windows, not sure about the other "stretch" oner, but this one can stretch a little bit.

Fantastic Product! Excellent Adherence.

I decided to use ZIP sheathing when re-siding part of my home and wanted to stick with the recommended flashing/sealing product. This ZIP tape is great stuff. The six inch width bridges all transitions and easily covers the required area for window flashing. It adheres solidly to every surface upon contact and even more so once you use a roller on it. Great product. Great performance.

Best for flat vertical seams

I found the tape to be best for flat, vertical seams, ok for flat horizontal seams. Elsewhere, I found the liquid flashing to be more versatile and effective, although at 1.38-1.45/oz, may be more expensive.
