I bought this tongue scraper after watching a video about oral health. I used to go for the good old tongue brushing technique with the toothbrush but it never seemed to do much. Not to be too graphic but this really does work wonders. It’s sleek and easy to clean. It’s easy to use and more importantly it really does remove that icky yellow coating on the tongue. I’ve been using this for about a week and it’s great. I brush my teeth, use mouth wash and then use the tongue scraper. I’d say I scrape about 3 times with a decent level of pressure to get the removal complete. Although the device is metal, it isn’t abrasive at all. I’ve noticed my breath feels much fresher and it lasts all day. Would definitely recommend and will be continuing to use this from now on!

It does the job to remove that toothpaste or medication flavour off your tongue, good if you've previously had oral spots from steroid inhalers before, takes the worry out of it ever returning
