Was something needed
This replacement power cord is a good fit and holds it grip. As far as heat goes have not felt it yet, but the battery is charging. Doing what it needs. Durability seems to be a little thicker than the original one that come with this computer.

Charger worked
My sister passed away 11 years ago. Her grandson recently found her chrome book in some of his stuff, but there was no charger. I was able to order this charger and it worked like a charm.
