Works great in my 2012 MBP

It took me a bit of research to find exactly what was needed for my laptop but now VERY pleased. I bought this for my HP 15-ay013nr. After a quick visit to Youtube, I was prepared to install the new RAM module. The installation was very simple and went off without a hitch. From start to finish the process was complete in about fifteen minutes. This included the time needed to completely remove the bottom cover from my laptop. That might sound more daunting than it really was, actually was a cinch. The module came in what first appeared to be theft-proof 'blister-pack' hard plastic retail packaging like you would see in any department store. I was happy to discover that it popped open with no struggle what-so-ever. One last thing, DO YOUR RESEARCH before purchasing any system upgrades. I did and got it right the first time... ;-)

The packaging this RAM comes in is cheap, effective and easy to get into. I haven't had any stability issues since installing in my Lenovo Y700 laptop more than a month ago. I went to 16GB and it's nice never having to close programs day-to-day. Photoshop, Premiere, whatever, just minimize and fire up GTA V to take a break, then go right back to work. It's cheap, it works...recommended!

I purchased this chip for a Lenovo Ideapad 510-15SK. The chip was incredibly easy to install and works flawlessly. I also appreciated being able to access the Crucial youtube page, where I was able to watch videos on installation -- it's an incredibly easy process, but the videos offer some assurance. I should also add that the Crucial tech support was incredibly helpful as I made my decision to buy this (I called to verify that it would work in my PC.) As a final note, I found it really strange that Lenovo tech support recommended Kingston chips for my upgrade. This when the Lenovo laptops _come_ with Crucial RAM installed. It's generally not the best idea to mix RAM from different manufacturers, and this Crucial chip works wonderfully. So 5 stars for Crucial, fewer stars I'm afraid for Lenovo, but that's another story.

Great product, have been using this in my laptop several years now. It boosted performance and has never failed.

Great price, arrived earlier than estimate, works perfectly. Although the Crucial tool does not yet include the HP Envy 15t-as000, Crucial customer service expected it to work. The hardest part of the installation is the need to remove the back of the HP laptop to install any upgrade - this includes removing the long rubber foot since there are 4 screws underneath it. If you are careful, the rubber foot can be reinstalled and it will hopefully last - since the HP replacement feet are about the same price as the 8GB memory.

I bought 4 of these memory chips - 16gb for me and for my husband. After less than one year of use, 1 chip as failed in my laptop. This was an expensive purchase. I bought it because I thought Crucial was an excellent company with quality products. I am very dissatisfied that such an expensive item failed in such a short time and my usage is light with email and google. Totally unacceptable. Take that it mind before you purchase and check reviews.

Agregué la memoria a una ASUS k501uw y corre como nunca! El envío fue rapidísimo y el paquete estaba muy protegido. Muy recomendable!

Hatte in meinem Notebook bereits einen 8 GB Stick, und wollte einen (praktisch) identischen 8 GB hinzukaufen. Hat hervorragend und problemlos funktioniert. Der neue Stick läuft völlig problemlos, so dass ich jetzt schnelle 16 GB habe. Bin sehr zufrieden.

本体メモリは既に8GB搭載されていることもあり、 以前メインに使用していたラップトップの4GBに比べたら、 基本的には快適サクサクだったのですが動画編集ソフトや、 ライトルームでの現像時など若干物足りない為今回購入しました。 初めてのメモリ増設なので色々なサイトを見ましたが、 とりあえずスリム型なのでSODIMMというノート仕様のもの、 そしてDDR4-2133という物で絞りをかけお手頃なコチラを選択。 取り付けに関しては本当蓋開けて差し込むだけなので簡単でした。 取り付け後一週間ほど経ちますが、 無事に認識しており不具合等なく動作しております。 やっぱりメモリ使用量が少ないと精神的にも楽ですね。 見違える程の体感は無いかもしれませんが、 それでもやっぱりかなり快適な動作になってくれています。 以前8GBのくせに結構負荷を掛けてしまっていたのだと思います。 ちなみにお届け目安が2ヶ月くらいになってましたが、 運が良かったのか1週間くらいで届いてくれました。ご安心ください。

Ho usato il banchetto per resuscitare un vecchio laptop con soli 4GB di RAM. Facile da installare, funziona, costa poco. Ottimo acquisto.

he usado otros productos de crucial y estoy muy satisfecho con la marca, estos modulos de memoria funcionan muy bien, y parecen muy compatibles, hay otras marcas que se suben mucho de precio, esta yo creo que es de las que mejor calidad ofrece por un precio justo.
