I hate buying stuff that needs putting together before I can use it and these things always come with those little rubbish spanners as did this one but it also came with a rather nifty ratcheting 10mm spanner, that is a quality touch! It all went together in less than 5 min and is a real quality build, it’s also one of the cheapest on the market so don’t bother lookin at the others this is the best value out there

Excellent piece of equipment. It does the job really good. You end up using less soil too. So over time you will save money. I highly recommend this to spread soil across the lawn.

Saved money and great to work

At the price this is a great time saver. Whilst you are slightly limited as to the soil / top dressing you can use it is ideal for quickly spreading topsoil as either part of your lawn recovery and seeding or applying a top dressing. If you want a lighter top dress just push it faster, the slower you roll the more soil will get applied to the lawn. I used this on my own and four clients lawns and didn't have any issues When compared to using more traditional methods i.e. brushing in soil using a lawn lute etc. I found that I was over 70% faster using the Landzie.If you consider other equipment to apply top dressing that has various settings for different materials these are over a £1K so a few hundred quid and the job is done with some work arounds.Would certainly highly recommend it and be prepared to play around depending on what you are achieving, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Good machine however I had to fit some chicken wire on the inside as it lets too much top soil through. Might work better with compost

Build quality is very good. Worked like a charm at spreading evenly peat moss over newly spread grass seed. My lawn looks amazing. This spreader really works well and evenly spreads out the peat moss or top soils, whatever your preference. My neighbor also has one but from a different company and the build quality is far inferior than this Landzie. Did not cost much, but worth the price for sure. Glad I ended up purchasing it. Also simple to add the attachment and very well packaged., High recommended.

I try to take excellent care of my yard and grass. I've had a company help me with this which I've used for several years but was never 100% happy with how my grass looked. I made the decision to do everything on my own this year - mow, overseed, fertilize, grub control, etc. It was an excellent decision!I wanted to see if I could help buildup the base and health of my lawn and perhaps use less water somehow. To do this I needed a spreader and chose this model and size. I have about 1/4 acre of grass. I use this spreader to spreader soil topper material in the spring and fall. First, I mow my lawn short. Second, I overseed and then use the spreader to spread a 1/4" layer of the soil topper material. It works great!! I was worried at first that I might need the bigger/wider spreader, but the 24" works just fine! I also have other spreaders I use to fertilize and overseed. But this spreader has been the extra step I needed to care for my lawn and has been a game changer for me.The Landzie spreader is easy to use and is built very well. It's solid and I don't have to worry about it falling apart. It's well worth the price I paid to get it. My lawn has never looked so good. I should have gotten a spreader and done this years ago!
