I used to be one of those people who reached for regular NyQuil whenever I couldn’t fall asleep, even when I wasn't actually sick. Finding ZzzQuil was a game changer because it gives you that same reliable, heavy-duty sleepiness without pumping your system full of cough suppressants and fever reducers you don't need. I take the LiquiCaps about 30 to 45 minutes before I want to be out. It doesn't take long for that heavy, relaxing eye-feeling to kick in, and once my head hits the pillow, I'm out for the night. It completely cuts out the middle-of-the-night tossing and turning.A word of advice: respect the dose and the clock! The diphenhydramine in this is no joke—if you don't give yourself a full 7 to 8 hours to sleep it off, you will definitely feel a bit groggy when your alarm goes off in the morning. But as long as you plan for a full night's rest, you wake up feeling completely recharged.If you just need help falling asleep for a night or two and don't want all the extra active ingredients of a cold syrup, this is the best option on the market. Always keep a box on my nightstand now.

I struggled with sleep issue for years. Tried all sorts of different products. This helps me sleep through the night and wake up feeling rested. No next-day grogginess. Decent value. The taste is horrible, though. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars.

Some of my teacher friends recommended this to me for those nights when sleep is difficult due to stress, worries, or just day to day complications. It works great. Take an hour or two before your desired sleep time, and you will feel the bliss of sleep coming on at your desired time. I’ve also noticed that on the nights I take this I have fewer interruptions. I know this because of my Apple Watch, which tracks my sleep. The best part is that the next day you are not drowsy at all. You feel like you got all of the sleep that you needed. I would highly recommend this product.
