wait serious question, what does mineral oil have to do with specifically fair skin?

I use a lot of products that are marketed to black women due to my hair & skin texture. Is this item suitable for white skin? I'd like to shimmer!

Good question. You can try it to find out. I'm black and I usually stay away from items marketed towards lighter tones because they usually don't work in my skin tone. But I say try it to see if this product works for you
