Average I would say
Decent marbling but this steak was just too thin, very hard to cook properly as its so thin it cooks so fast so medium rare is hard to do without very high heat and a quick blast on the other side. Taste was ok not in anyway special, there are definitely better ones especially at that price point

Better than the aged version
Had a few of these and never had a bad one.I like my steaks and these are flavourful and are a joy to eat.Cook medium (no blood)Dry pan fry on a medium heat for 5 mins each side, don't mess with it just leave it alone and don't re-do after the 5mins each side. So tender and juicy and so flavourful!
