I make my own PB and sometimes the nuts are a tad too dry to create a good texture. Adding a teaspoon of this oil fixes that problem and adds to the flavor.

Nice substitute for sesame oil
I bought this as a replacement for sesame oil in cooking Asian dishes (my mom is allergic to sesame). This imparts a similar toasty, nutty flavor. Nice bottle and arrived in perfect condition.

Love the roasted peanut oil - yum
I love this roasted peanut oil. Its is an added plus to cooking. I make what I call Morracan style chicken wings. I wait Ed onions and paprika. Then I add the chicken wings and some spices. It is fabulous. Roasted peanut oil is not so easy to find. Sometimes I blend it with regular peanut oil to extend it.
