Nordic Ware Winter Wonderland Loaf

I would have wanted it to be a bit bigger. I bought it because the beauty of the imprints. The loaf pan is heavy and easy to work with. I fell in love with Nordic Ware and very happy to use this.

I just love Nordic Ware and Amazon (I use Smile Amazon so donations can be made to my charity)is the place to purchase them. I go to the Nordic Ware site first, or other baking sites that include Nordic Ware in their offering and see what is being offered, then compare prices, if shipping is included, etc. I watch the usual "end of season" price cuts and plan what my potential next purchase will be....most often my purchases are from Amazon. Do use the pan spray with flour, a small brush (doesn't need to be specific - a new small paint brush will do) and a rubber tipped cleaning tool for the easiest removal of baked goods and clean up of all the dimensional crevices. These pans will last your lifetime and beyond.

I feared this was going to be a very heavy pan. Was delightfully surprised to discover it was so light but sturdy enough to mold beautifully.

The cake does not turn out like advertised, and even after soaking I had to use a tooth brush to get it clean, I would like to return all 4 of them. Can I return them??

Made Gingerbread and turned out of this pan perfect.

I love this pan. I used it to make apple, gingerbread, and banana bread for this Christmas season. Use Baker's Joy to eliminate sticking. I gave the bread as gifts and they were a success.
