Nowhere near as sweet as the others

🥤 Brief introduction Picked this up because I fancied something different from the usual cola, lemonade and other drinks that seem to occupy every supermarket shelf. Guava isn't a flavour I buy very often, so it was a bit of a gamble. ⚙️ First impressions The smell is properly fruity as soon as you open the can and definitely stands out from most fizzy drinks. The flavour is quite sweet, but there's enough sharpness from the carbonation to stop it becoming completely overwhelming. 📅 After using it for a while I've had a few cans now and they've been really refreshing when served properly cold. The guava flavour comes through well and tastes more natural than I expected. It's sweet, but not quite at the level where you can feel your teeth sending formal complaints. I've found it works particularly well with spicy food and takeaway nights. ✅ Things I've liked • Different from the usual fizzy drinks • Nice tropical flavour • Refreshing when chilled • Good amount of carbonation • Works well with spicy meals 🤏 One minor annoyance It is still fairly sweet, so I probably wouldn't drink multiple cans in one sitting unless I wanted to spend the evening bouncing off the walls. 👀 Who this would suit Good for people who enjoy tropical fruit drinks and want something a bit different from the standard supermarket options.

Not sure what's going on lately with rubicon guava but it don't taste the same well sometimes I get cans of it and it tastes OK amd then sometimes it's as if they've changed something with it doesn't taste the same at all
