Works thus far
Original motor tested fine but could find no other cause for the dishwasher not emptying. It was intermittent for a short time then completely stopped working. Other posts say original motor gets too hot and doesn't work well then fully fails. Seems to fit.Ordered this part as it was a relatively small financial risk compared to a new control board (hundreds) or a new washer (many more hundreds). Worked like a charm. It may or may not last, but I'm pretty happy for now. Super easy to install. I can buy one and a half more of these before I get to what the OEM part costs elsewhere.

Exact match
Dishwasher was leaving an inch or so of water after every cycle. Replaced discharge hose to disposer however that did not solve it. This part was a perfect fit from the original and works great. Remember you may have fill the discharge with some water to get the pump to work at first with the required "air gap" which is simply looping the discharge above the disposer inlet.

EASY to install
I was surprised when I watched the video as to the removal and installation of this pump. The hardest part was moving the hoses in the way. The pump has a clip to hold it on for the seal, an electrical clip and that is all it takes. I tried to think ahead and used a small baking pan to collect the water. You will have water come out so make sure you don't skip this step. I have never done one of these before so my son came to help if i had problems. I'm 73 so if i can do this you can too. Buying from Amazon was about 1/3 the price from buying from a parts distributor.

Perfect swap, good value, easy repair.
It's a drain pump. It fits, does what it says & is running several months after D.I.Y. installation. Do not hesitate. If your drain pump is kaput, buy this - don't buy a new dishwasher.
