I love this pillow! I've tried several different brands of neck support pillows that have had varying shapes. None have given me the support that this one does, while sleeping on the my back and on my side. Great neck support in either sleeping position. Has really helped me with neck pain and head aches associated with neck issues. 4 of the 6 discs in my neck have been surgically fused. This has been the best pillow I have found. I highly recommend.

I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

My chiropractor introduced me to this modern version of the cervical pillow because I was getting tension headaches caused by neck stiffness. She said that because I have a short neck, who knew, that this type of pillow would be better for me than the traditional cervical one. Overnight, my headaches went away. Keep in mind that I was 100% certain that the headaches were caused by the position of my neck while sleeping, nothing more serious. I find that the best position for me is on my back, but I can also stay on my sides for some time without experiencing a headache. Also, note that there is a piece of foam inside the pillow that you can remove to make the dip even shallower. I did that, and it seems to be the best position for my neck. I ordered the King, but was surprised to see that it is not a standard-size king pillow. It's much shorter, so measure before you buy. Overall a great pillow with removable cover for washing.

I sleep on my back sometimes, and sometimes on my side. I was waking up with a stiff neck, so time for a new pillow. After research (how many listings does Amazon have for pillows?), I ordered this in the Queen size. After the first night, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt. Really. After about a week, the pillow did seem a little stiff for side sleeping. The pillow has a small, removable oval of foam on the back side, which I removed according to instructions that came with it. The neck support was softer after that, and I am very pleased with the pillow. There is a travel size that is intriguing (avoid huge, hard hotel pillows). It might be suitable if you had the luggage space, but not for traveling with a backpack or carry-on. Anyway. This pillow has made my sleep better and I'd buy it again.

I bought this pillow in 2022 at the recommendation of a physical therapist. I removed the insert, but the pillow still angles my head. I have found it to be helpful sometimes, but I usually just go back to my feather pillow instead. It's not a bad pillow, and the quality seems nice, but it didn't make a lot of difference for me. Another PT once commented that I have a short neck, so maybe that's why my experience was not like the other reviews.

I've purchased several of these pillows and this one was my favorite because the I found the memory foam to not be as firm/hard as the other brands. I don't wake up with a sore ear. I noticed that some complain that the pillow is too thin, but that is actually a total positive point for me. I think we are all sleeping with our heads cranked up too high and that is wrong. I did see that the company will send you an insert for free if you still feel you need the extra lift. I'm a side sleeper and I like how my neck fits into the dip perfectly. I feel that it helps with my sleeping posture so that I'm not looking down while I sleep--it keeps me looking forward which is also great for cervical alignment--we are all so used to looking down all the time at our phones, etc. that we don't even notice we do it while we're sleeping, too! I don't use this pillow every night, however. I have neck issues so I use it every few nights when I feel it is right. I also wish I had ordered the king size because it would have supported my arms and shoulders better while side sleeping vs. the queen size. I initially let the pillow air out and fluff for about 12 hours and felt it was fine to use.

Sleep quality: I have not noticed a change in the quality of my sleep with this pillow. I do have a preschooler who tends to wander into bed with my husband & I in the early morning hours and he does acrobatics in his sleep so that may be the main factor. Support: this pillow provides the perfect amount of support. It is very comfortable to lay on, especially in side-lay or back-lay position. I am a natural stomach sleeper and although the pillow still provides support on my stomach, I think it works best when I lay on my side. I have been trying to switch to side sleeping to get the most benefit from this pillow. Pain relief: this pillow was a gift from my husband after I was having neck & shoulder pain, which I suspected was caused by how I was laying on conventional pillows. I still get some pain (less than usual though) if I lay on my stomach with this pillow. However, if I sleep on my side with this pillow, I wake up literally pain-free. I have tried sleeping on my side with conventional pillows & still had pain so I know it is the pillow & not the position that is causing relief. This is why I'm trying to switch to side sleeping with this pillow! (Experts say it's the best position ergonomically anyway.) I'm very happy with this pillow. It's super supportive and comfortable and relieves my pain completely if I sleep on my side. It had no weird odor or anything when I took it out of the packaging. I'd recommend it!

Very good quality. I recommend to whomsoever sleeping on the belly and reverse. Good Product for those who sleeps with a low thickness pillow.

الوسادة ممتازة وكانت فعلا نصف العلاج لالام الرقبة عندي كانت الام مزمنة وتيبس في عضلات الرقبة فالبداية طبعا حسيت بالام قوية لان فجأة غيرت الوسادة ولكن بديت استخدمها بشكل تدريجي كل يوم ساعتين او ثلاث واغيرها لمدة أسبوع الى ان تعودت عليها وخليتها دائمة

its was comfy and nice. Bought it as they sed you can get a extra piece if its to flat for free and free shiping. After using it for a month i notest i needed the extra piece. When i tried to contacting them about it they struggled to find my order and where really dismissive during the hole corespondents, took weeks of back and fort messenger that they finally found my order. And then they sed they cant send it to Australia. and this was one of the resos i bought this pillow for the free extra insertion if i needed it.
