Overall its fine. The skull I received came with many sharp edges. The hole area at the back of skull needed a fair amount of filing down and knockdown of sharp resin which will likely rip fish fins if not done. The nose hole area is filled up with excess resin globs which would need more than filing to remove. I just left it. There is a gold paint accent over the entirety of the skull which from the pictures I presumed wouldn't be there.This skull will work in my aquarium after 20 minutes of hand filing down the many sharp edges.

Just like the price, the product is cheap. It came with jagged edges around each entry point, definitely could have killed my fish. I had to sand them down to make it safe for him. Not the best material, but it’ll do. If you get this, make sure to check it before you decorate. Or just buy a nicer product.

The media could not be loaded.  I have bought many other skull decorations for my fish tanks, but this was by far the worse. There are always going to be sharp edges, those can just get sanded down, but this skull was so brittle in places that it broke off chunks when I was rinsing and filing down edges. I’m keeping it cus I spent the money on it and it doesn’t matter a whole lot to me how it looks, but at least 1/8 of the skull broke off in multiple pieces.

I put this in my betta aquaruim. First I filed off the jagged edges, messy process. Then I used a hot glue gun around the holes. My fish likes it and it looks cool but it is not ready to use. Not for a betta anyway.

Arrived quickly and is about the size of a softball. It had an obvious white line at the top which I’ll have to cover with plants but it looks real enough. You’ll need at least a 5 gallon tank to fit this in
