Light to wear, but sturdy to roll
I took this bag as my carry on to Copenhagen last fall. Using poly packing cubes (slippery) helped me to fit a lot more into this bag. I also used it as a grocery bundle buggy when bringing supplies to our rental unit. Very happy with the price and durability!

Shop around.....Trust me.
I like the size of this unit. However I am somewhat displeased with the lack of stability of the zippers in this item. poorly made. Plastic zippers for a rolling bag keeps coming apart if you load it to the recommended capasity. I've used mine for two days when the zipper on the front pocket failed. Fortunately I am only using it for school and not travelling over long distances.

It didn’t last
My son used for 6 months. The wheel came off and the handle got stuck. Otherwise it was a good backpack.

Las correas de la espalda son fragiles, ya se rompio una. La garantia Asurion no sirve.
Compre este backpack para mi hijo para usar en el colegio. Le Compre el seguro de Asurion que ofreció Amazon porque es el segundo backpack que compro en Amazon en menos de 12 meses y pense esta vez si algo pasa no perderá el dinero. Se le rompio una Correa y la otra esta en mal estado, llame a Amazon para que me reemplazaran el maletin, y ese seguro de Asurion es una falsa, debo enviarle la maleta y me devolveran mucho menos dinero del que page, con la excusa del tal restocking. Pierde el dinero que page por los taxes, pierde $10 dolares del restocking y los $12 del seguro de Asurion. Casi $30 dolares por este mal negocio.Actualizo de como va esta situacion. El fabricante respondio mis mensajes y me quedo en enviar un reemplazo de las correas, sin ningun costo. La respuesta por parte de ellos fue rapida y efectiva.Conclusion: no pierda su dinero comprando la garantia Asurion en este articulo. El fabricante J World le resolvera la garantia sin pagar nada extra.Cabe anotar que me gustaria que Amazon me devolviera lo que pague por la garantia de Asurion.

It's fine if you don't carry a lot of stuff to/from work. For me, it doesn't have a lot of pockets, so mine isn't as organized as I'd like it. Also, I thought it would be plain black and discreet, but it's got me looking for an argyle sweater to match it. Kind of weird pattern to have on a "work" bag.
