Can I use the footstool as a seat on its own?

You can, yes. It’s sturdy enough for perching, great for little ones, and perfect when you need an extra seat. It even steps in as a mini coffee table when the moment calls for it. A small piece that does a lot - just how we like it.

How do I stop my bean bag going flat over time?

Give it a shake and plump every few weeks, like fluffing a pillow, just bigger. The beans compress with use but bounce back with encouragement. If it needs a top-up, we sell refill beans too.

Will there be a “new product” smell when I receive it?

Fresh filling can sometimes have a slight smell when new - nothing to worry about. With normal ventillation, this will disappear in a few days.

My bean bag is too full/soft, how can I fix this?

Good news - it's an easy fix. Simply remove or add filling until it feels just right. Comfort is personal, so adjust it to suit you.

What's the difference between your bean bags and cheaper ones?

Our bean bags are UK-made with quality filling that keeps its shape. We use premium beans, double stitching, and covers built for years, not weeks.
