Good sturdy bed
It was flat packed but it wasn't very difficult to build , it took 2 of us an hour . It initially felt a bit flimsy but when erected it becomes very sturdy . It was bought for my adult son to use . It comes with one page of the instructions missing but it was easy enough to fathom out , overall it looks lovely , its very comfortable and is sturdy enough to last , I would recommend .

Lovely Bed
Purchased this to move my 2 year old into from their toddler bed. Was cheap and I was a bit sceptical on the quality, but it's arrived and it looks alot more expensive than it was and seems fairly solid. Only negative if you can call it that, is that is was fairly niggley to build together.

Cheap & fair quality.
This is a very cheaply priced bed, yet is of fair-to-good quality. It isn’t especially sturdy tbh, but is great for the price. Feels sturdy enough for my adult son who is 5’6” tall & slim build. However, I won’t be purchasing this bed for my other lad who is 6’2” tall, as I don’t think that it is quite strong nor sturdy enough for him (he is a big lad for 16 years old); he won’t have the ‘growing-room’ necessary, and I doubt that this bed would last him long due to it’s less than sturdy construction. However, it is a really good looking bed, and is great for my smaller adult lad. Fairly easy & straightforward to assemble, but it does have a centre-join along the main outer frame, and the slats are rather lightweight...this inevitably causes some weakness in the design & structure. But, like I said, I reckon that this bed is fantastic for an adult man who is of average height & weight.

Sisyphus should have tried assembling this bed
Three weeks after buying this bed, I am losing the will to live. Every piece of it is self-assembly - including the head and foot boards. The dowels don't fit properly so have no grip; I assembled the head and foot boards nine times. For the first eight, they fell apart again. For the first seven times, I was laughing. By the eighth, I was crying. This could serve as an excellent test of resilience, giving yourself a score for how many times of it falling apart you manage to laugh before you start crying or swearing or both. Thanks to a mini heatwave, the dowels eventually expanded sufficiently to get a grip (something I myself am still trying and failing to do) so I could screw the sides in. But the war wasn't over yet... The long sides are each in two pieces, with an oval shape cut in to "allow" you to turn the screw with an allen key so it fits into the barrel bolt. Only there is NOT enough space (even when you use the other side of the allen key). You turn it a millimetre, take the key out, turn it a millimetre again, and so on. Whilst you ponder on the many other things you could be doing with your one wild and precious life. After weeks of exhausting battles with my wooden nemesis, I finally managed to get the outside of the bed frame together and had laid the slats (which the mattress rests on) in perfect alignment ready to screw them in. By this point, I was physically and mentally ready for the knacker's yard. So I decided to leave that last job till the morning. "A ten minute job and it will all be over and I can contact a therapist and look into reclaiming my life!" I thought, innocently. Sadly, this was not to be. I screwed the slats in on one side, and stepped around the bed to screw them in on the other... Whereupon I knocked the footboard sightly, and the bed rebelled. The side joints bowed, the slats all pinged out of place, and now they no longer reach the sides... I am waiting for the men in white coats, even as we speak. They will take their sweet time coming to get me, but, hey, if there's one thing this fiasco has taught me, it's patience. I wonder if I have time to nip to the hardware store and purchase a sledge-hammer to smash this infernal piece of "furniture" to smithereens while I wait for them to get here...

Cheap and cheerful
It’s ok it’s a cheap bed that ya don’t mind if it breaks. For the money you carnt go wrong. Instructions could be more helpful . But being a joiner I was ok without them. But for a lone parent could be made a lot clearer. But otherwise yeah it’s with having even if it lasts a year

Simple bed, #9 is happy
We moved #9 to this bed frame the other week, he has taken to it straight away. It was pretty simple to build, and despite #9 trying to cannon ball onto it, it hasn’t broken (yet). Good value, good quality, simple to build (needs two)
