KINGLAKE Beekeeping Gloves Bee Hive Gloves Goatskin Beekeeping Protective Glove with Sleeves Large for the Beginner Beekeeper

After developing an allergy to Latex gloves, I found these as a "best price" on Amazon, and are very happy with them. Appear to be well made, and the goatskin glove portion is nice and soft and fits tight on the fingers. Although the description stated "KINGLAKE Beekeeping Gloves Goatskin A Pair of Beekeeping Protective Gloves with Vented Sleeves Large Perfect for The Beginner Beekeeper", when they arrived the tag on them says XL, but they fit me perfectly, so I don't know if they are tagged wrong, or if they run a size small. The cuff goes almost to my elbow, with a tight elastic on the end.

6' 2" , larger size hands. Gloves fit perfectly. About the 3rd/4th pair of gloves I have owned in last 10 years. Appear to be as good or better than the others. Just received, so don't know how they will last.

I have never been a fan of beekeeping gloves because I can't manage the frames with gloves; HOWEVER, a few inspections ago, I got stung dozens of times - only on my hands (long story). So, I thought I would give it a try. I inspected several hives, pulling frames to get ready for honey extracting. They are covered with honey, wax, prop, etc. and seemed to hold up well. Long term, I may go with a more professional, As far as sizing, I would go up a size, as they seem to run a little small. These gloves are perfect, entry level beekeeping gloves. Overall, a good value for the money.

It is a tight fit for bigger hands. Everybody is different, so not going to knock stars any for fit.I paired it with the VIVO Professional full body suit and veil hood, and it worked great. We had THREE underground wasp tests within a 10' radius, and I was getting swarmed so bad at times you couldn't even see due to all the wasps attacking the face guard. I made sure to bundle up under the suit before putting it on, but had nothing under these gloves. If I had attempted that without this suit I likely would not have survived- the gloves were instrumental, and would not attempt without.

Good gloves, easy to work on hives, no sting on hands, good product. Mice eat all the leather fingers off, ordered another pair.

Nice product with a good price. Was worried the gloves wouldn't fit properly, but couldn't have done better if I had tried on before buying. Only concern is the band at the top of the sleeve since I have large arms, they can get a bit tight if I have them on for a long period, too bad they don't come with Velcro for better adjustment.

I really like the feel of these gloves! Thick enough that I don't get stung but thin and flexible enough that I can easily work my hives while wearing them! I'm 5 foot 11 inches with average to large hands for a guy and the fit is great. The long sleeves come up the arm and are tight enough to keep bees from crawling in but not so tight as to cut off circulation. I ordered a second pair for my brother to use when he is helping me out, I recommend these gloves!

I purchased this product in June, 2 months later one of the glove's stitches came off, a low-quality product. update: I contacted the company and they replaced the item. good customer service.
