Really great product. Such a simple device and big brands are looting us by promoting RO devices even though there is regular corporation water supply in area where we never need RO. We should get our water checked and decide really do we need RO. Most places don't need it unless there is only borewell water supply option. Good thing is I installed it under sink and took the outlet pipe above. In future we can get installed drinking water tap at the sink and make it seamless. That too such low price. Manufacturer can modify a bit and make a proper UTC filter at affordable price. There was a bit leakage in 2 of the filters, I had to open and apply teflon and tighten. There are more similar complaints, but nothing that can't be solved by yourself. And with the price its ok. But still manufacturer should take a look at it.

Horrible product and horrible service. Just stay away. The filter knocked out twice in 6 months flooding my kitchen. The technician doesn’t know how to fix the problem. I had to debug my self and ask him to replace the valve which he said will be chargeable even though the thing is in warranty. He changed candle for no reason. Now when you complain, the technician calls and shouts at you saying how can you say something about me to the company. Just stay away and go for a reputed brand.

Pros: 1. very less price and product is genuine 2. very easy to install (self installation with the help of YouTube video) 3. water taste is not going to be changed because this not RO machine. 4. No change in tds. 5. Customer care is very active and prompt. Cons: 2600 me kya cons chahiye.! No cons. I got nice answers of few realistic questions through customer care. 1. Jab filter ko pahli baar install karte hain to kitna first outflow water throw karna hai (ie: nahi use karna hai)? Answer: we can use water after 15 To 20 minutes (one time only) 2. Kya Inflow tap hamesha open hi rahega ya jab filtered water bharna ho tabhi open karenge? Answer: Inflow tap should always open. 3. Electricity always on rakhenge ya jab pani bharna ho tabhi on karenge? Answer: switch on electric current whenever you need a filtered water. 4. Agar electricity nahi aa rahi ho to filter se pani aayega ya band ho jayega? Answer: nahi aayega. Electricity cut karne par automatic pani outflow band ho jayega. 5. Electricity on karne ke kitni der baad pani bhar sakte hain? Answer: immediately 6. Kya har baar pani bharne ke dauran filter Main ka purana paani gira denge? Answer: sirf ek baar hi pani girana hai vo bhi pahli baar jab filter install karte hain. Har baar koi jarurat nahi hai. 7. Filter ki life kitni hai? Answer: first filter ko 6-8 month pe change kar den. Second and third filter ko approx 3 year ke baad. Thanks for this filter. 😊😊
