Dual Bar Adjustable Clothing Garment Rack, 72 Inches Height, White

I volunteer at a nonprofit organization that, among other things, gives away free clothing that has been donated to them. We are continually working to upgrade and improve the situation so that people can find the sizes and type of clothing they need. I have purchased two of these now - both the white version. They are not heavy duty, like many of our racks, but they are sturdy enough for what we need them for. We have two spots that can only accommodate the length of these racks, and the double rods allow us to hang more in those spots. They are easy to assemble (just follow the instructions). They provide a tiny wrench for tightening the nuts. You will need your own Phillips screw driver with a large bit for tightening the screws. On one of the racks, we utilize the LONG hanging spot for long dresses. On the other rack, we did not need the adjustable sliding bar, as we had no long items. We discovered that if we extended the sliding vertical bar the full distance, the middle sagged because there was not enough overlap of the two rods to provide strength. We could hang only the lightest items on that lower bar with that arrangement. So, we removed the vertical sliding bar and traded the BOTTOM solid piece horizontal bar in the base for the adjustable middle horizontal bar, leaving the top bar on the top. We feel the integrity of the rack is not compromised and we can now hang any weight on that lower horizontal bar that we want. Recommendations to manufacturers: Supply a cheap phillips screw driver to go with the cheap wrench. Otherwise, if you have to supply your own phillips, you might as well supply your own wrench, too. Make the overlap longer on the adjustable rod so that the rod is strong enough to actually hold clothing when the slider is pushed all the way to one side.

Love this rack - good load balance (make sure heavier clothing hangs from the middle rod to prevent tipping over - this is called the center of gravity). Rack is sturdy. A few minutes to assemble. If there could be improvement, I would like to see a second middle rod (not as long as the original rod - may a foot that extends to 2 feet. Add six inches to the height (this would be helpful if only hanging shirts on top and bottom sections - if you set you middle rod just underneath the shirts look great but hanging additional shirts on bottom section the shirts drag on the floor, Other than that, great rack.

Easy to assemble. We needed an extra space to hang baby clothes and this works great.

Very sturdy and well-made. I like that the rods are all one piece, so there is no weakness where two poles meet. Pieces are well-marked and assembly was a breeze. Rods are adjustable, which makes it very easy to customize to fit your needs. Casters make it easy to move the rack, and there are even brakes on the casters to make sure the rack doesn't roll on its own. This rack replaces a flimsy rack I previously purchased which kept falling over, scattering clothes everywhere. I would absolutely purchase this rack again and recommend it highly.

I bought 5 of these for our temporary closets in our new house before we get a more elegant closet system. They're perfect and the option to expand or remove the 2nd layer is perfect. Easy to assemble and very stable when loaded with clothes.

My rack was delivered yesterday, the box was damaged a bit and flap was not sealed when I received it, and it was missing the wheels. Although the rack functions without the wheels just fine, I wanted the wheels and I paid for them, so 3 stars only. Otherwise, the rack is nice. I was able to put it together in 15 minutes with just a screwdriver, and it is pretty sturdy and went together with no issue. I plan to use it to dry clothes I don't want to put into the dryer, so I'll think it will do the job well, and it is slim and attractive in my laundry room.

It does what its supposed to do. Easy to assemble, all you need is a Phillip screwdriver.

Easy to follow instructions, everything came in good condition and I was able to put it together by myself in about 10-15 min. I like that it's modular so I can move the middle bar as needed. I have no closet space and this is nice enough looking to have just sitting out. It rolls easily too. 1 was enough to fit all my work clothes, I am going to buy another one for my casual clothes right now! Updating review - I bought a 2nd rack and it's just as good of quality as the first. highly recommend these if you have no closet or are needing extra racks for clothes storage. I love that they easily roll on thick carpet I can move them out of the way when not in use

Went together quickly. Pretty sturdy. Each pole is labelled for easy assembly, just wish the stickers came off easier after it was together. It looks good and moves around easily.

The rack is reasonably sturdy, but it does benefit from having extra support to stand, particularly when many items are placed on it. The sliding bar is convenient to adjust the long portion of the rack to your desired width this is appreciated. There were no instructions so it was a little challenging to put it together at first, but once things got started, it made sense. The block finishes neutral, and the dimensions are overall useful.

Very impressed...very sturdy, easy to assemble (did it by myself) definitely worth the money! Holds more than I expected.
