I have chronic muscle muscle tension and knots in my neck, shoulder, traps. This device really really hits all those sweet spots. I have bought a million and one self massage devices, nothing works quite as well as this one. The pressure of the rollers is firm and goes deeply into the muscle knots. I especially love the option of having 3 speeds and 2 directions to choose from. The heat is just nice for me, it warms the cold muscles up nicely on cold nights. I sleep much better now. There's also something about the way the rollers are programmed, that you really feel like you're getting a massage from an actual pair of hands. The device is really good quality.

I developed both lower back pain on my right side to match the long standing pain on my right plus a new neck stress pain. Two uses of this device got rid of the left pain completely and greatly reduced the right and neck pains. A couple more uses and the neck pain is no more. The right lower back pain seems more difficult to shift and I'll have to seek help for that one, but overall from a sceptic I have become a fan of my shiatsu machine - now that my aunt Edith is no longer with us to give me her amazing neck massages.

I bought this over a year ago as I was having back issues at uni, and its worked like a charm. I can put it on the floor and lie over it, or rest it on my neck. It can dig in quite deep so sometimes hurts, but if your lean on it right then its perfect. Friends and family still use it now!

If you don't enjoy a deep tissue massage you are likely to find this powerful little machine uncomfortable, if not painful, but I find it fantastic. Really helping to ease a pinched nerve in my lower back. Has an adapter for the car too so my 3+ hour drives might now become significantly more bearable... Honestly can't believe what a quality product it is for the price.

Easy to use. Feels almost like a real massage. Heat is gentle and soothing. I like a deep massage and this is quite deep, so not good if very sensitive or elderly. Can be used from neck to spine base, on glutes (often missed by massage therapist), on legs and arms. Just sit back on it in a chair. I've only used it a few times so hoping it will last well. I wasn't paid to say this. I will update if any problems arise.

I agreed with the past reviews about this. It has to be at the correct position. I find it does not get into my knots. I have to move it around. I do not recommend lying on it. My husband’s hands are better for back/neck. This was okay and I do use it as I don’t have anything else. I don’t find it that relaxing. I would not buy it again.

I had a similar massager before, but it didn't massage the neck at all, as the balls simply couldn't reach the neck curve. This one is much better. One massaging ball is bigger than the other and penetrates muscles deeper. It might be even too deep for some, but I love it and certainly recommend it. I spent long hours at the desk, and that little tool is a saver. I also prefer this type more than chair massagers. It doesn't take up so much space, and you can massage more parts than just along the spine. It's just the matter to find the right spot.

I read the reviews on this and did ask a question, before ordering this… I’m so glad I ordered this, it is amazing! I like the way after 1 minute it changes direction. I will say it can be uncomfortable if you aren’t used to deep tissue massage, but preserve and you’ll love it. It’s an amazing product and would 100% recommend
