Could you tell me if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan so I will know if I can use it with my induction burner?

I tried a refrigerator magnet and it didn't stick. I think the pan is aluminum. Still working great though.

Can you make an omelette with only 2 eggs or do you need to use 5 or 6 eggs?

Yes you can but 3 works for me! Thing is you have to get used to it and making them. Getting the right amount of eggs at the right temp so they don't burn!!

Does the handle get hot?

The long handle does not get hot. It may get slightly warm to the touch. However, the small round handle on the lid does get hot. I use an oven mitt or pad when handling it. This omelette maker works great once you get used to it.

Has anyone used one of these to make Quesadillas? Would make "flipping" the quesadillas easier than using a spatula in a regular skillet.
