Quality seems low
Looks strange. Different colors through out the bottle, on top it’s white then when I digged my finger in it’s brown pretty sure it wasn’t mixed well. The customer service is good but I don’t think this is really poke root

Grainy feel
I have reached out to the company about the grainy feel of the product. No one has returned my calls or emails. I have not used it because it leaves little particulates on the skin.
