Excellent product but don’t use glue on the dowels
Once assembled the bench looks great. The wood finish is excellent. The only problem I had was with assembly. The instructions said nothing about glue so I took it into my own hands and applied glue to the dowels. Big mistake. I phone the company who sorted my problem within an hour or so as they had two fitters working near by. Excellent service all round.

Nice bench, shame it was late!
Nice bench, easy to put together and happy with the quality. It would be 5 stars but the delivery was a few days late as it was put on the wrong pallet at the depot and then the van broke down!

Great bench but questionable quality
The beach developed a large crack in one leg after a couple of weeks, I couldn’t contact the seller as the phone number didn’t work! Fortunately Amazon gave me a full refund and told me to keep or dispose of the bench

You cannot beat the quality of teak furniture.
QUALITY - QUALITY - QUALITY - What more can I say? I made a mistake five years ago, when I bought a cheap garden bench for less than £100.00 - It rotted away within three years, but I know that this bench will last a lifetime. The only problem I had was with the delivery. I don't know which company delivered this product, but the delivery driver flatly refused to deliver to my door! Even though I live on the ground floor of an appartment block, the man would only leave it outside on the street! As I am disabled (with only one leg) this caused me a major problem. If the company read this review, maybe a little compensation might be in order? Kevin Woodrow
