This is a great product I have been using for years. All the benefits are there and noticeable. The level of energy is seen and Strength of the product seems to work well with me. The effectiveness depends on your use. Sleep quality is none? I dont know why they ask that?? The value for the money depends on your thought worth

I've been using this brand and formula off and on for years. Takes a few months to run out and then sometimes I forget to buy more. But when I do take them I can always tell the difference. My energy level and alertness is slightly increased. I would say no more than 5-10%. Like having a cup of caffeinated tea.
