This is a great product I have been using for years. All the benefits are there and noticeable. The level of energy is seen and Strength of the product seems to work well with me. The effectiveness depends on your use. Sleep quality is none? I dont know why they ask that?? The value for the money depends on your thought worth

I’ve purchased this twice and have been using it daily since. It delivers what it promises: more energy, focus, and the convenience of having healthy supplements in one capsule. This product claims 2800mg per two capsule serving. I could tell right away looking at the capsule size there isn't 1400mg of product in them as they are standard 500mg size (approximately) capsules. Weighed the contents on my lab scale, 0.52 grams (520 mg). I could see them getting the 2 caps vs 4 caps per serving mislabeled but 4 x 520 = 2,080mg not 2,800. Interesting, seems the 8 moved one place to the left? Who knows if this was intentional, a mistake, or pure incompetence but either way, at the least it raises the eyebrow regarding what else did they screw up on? But I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt on product quality. This is one of the few products available on Amazon that contain both Panax Ginseng and Ginko Biloba. So while the amount of the product is grossly mislabeled, based on dosages sited in studies, one capsule at 10% genocides may be enough to be effective. Personally the jury is still out on the effects of this product at different dosages as it comes down anyway to personal objectives and physiology.

I’m 51 and been using some type of memory enhancer for about 10 years. I thought each helped so stuck with them until they keep raising prices and I’m forced to shop again.
