Set of 10 (ten) 38mm x 120mm polypropylene (plastic) test tubes and black plastic caps. Each tube can hold 110ml of volume (3.7 ounces, slightly less than 1/2 cup). Molded from polypropylene, these test tubes are general purpose tubes which are ideal for use in many applications including packaging, sample transport, storage (beads, spices, yeast), home brewing, cooking, and more. Polypropylene tubes are autoclavable, dishwasher safe, and chemically resistant and virtually unbreakable. While Polypropylene is not as clear as Polystyrene, Polypropylene is durable and does not scratch easily. Each set of 10 tubes also includes 10 black plastic caps, which allows the test tube to be closed/sealed an reopened many times. The caps seal very tightly.
