Not working for me
It causes me to become drowsy and fall asleep after about 90 minutes but doesn't keep me asleep through the night. :( I end up waking up every two hours. I have given it four nights for my body to get used to it but my quality of sleep hasn't improved.

Sleep through the night now
I've tried a lot of other herbal sleep medicines and this one has worked the best for me. I actually sleep through the night most nights now and feel very refreshed when I wake up in the morning.

Got less sleep with these and they gave me a never-ending headache.
I want to know which ingredient is causing the sharp headache behind my eyes? Or is it the combo of ingredients they have here in these pills? This product did help me feel drowsy and helped my mind clear up enough to fall asleep; however, I woke up two hours earlier than normal and couldn't fall back to sleep and I had a sharp headache behind my eyes that stayed with me throughout the ENTIRE next day. I yawned my way through the day, and felt incredibly exhausted. I was shocked that my body reacted this way, but shame on me for not researching these ingredients before taking it. One of them must have caused the excruciating headache as a side effect or maybe I've got some sort of allergy? I don't know, but I will never take this again. Not only did it not help me sleep better, but it actually made me sleep worse than normal and feel horrible the next day. I seriously don't get it. Am I missing something? Did I take this incorrectly or miss the detailed instructions or something? I'm baffled that this works for anyone.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I have terrible insomnia. This product is super! I no longer wake up 50 times a night. I only take one pill right before I go to sleep and sleep more soundly with less aggitation throughout the night. I take 2 pills if needed and never feel groggy in the mornings. I wake up refreshed and ready to go! It works! Try it for yourself! :)

Better Sleep
What I like: My mind stopped racing on the first night I used the pills. It took at least a week before it helped me get to sleep. I still wake up twice each night. However, I have been able to get right back to sleep. On 3 occasions I wasn't able to sleep all night. I reduced the dose to one each evening, as I felt groggy during the day. I use two pills if I want to sleep more soundly from time to time.What II don't like: The absence of Melatonin.
