Does it contain soy

Hi Emporio, it does NOT contain any soy. The ingredient list was the second image but it somehow got removed by Amazon. I am working with them to put it back so I apologize. The ingredient list is:seaweed alginates (83%), salt, spices, citric acid, stabilizer (xanthan gum), potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, added color (caramel). Nutritional information per serving: 1 tbsp (14 g): 2 calories, 0g fat, 0g carbohydrates, 220mg sodium. Hope that helps!

Question 2

Does anyone know if this is gluten free, like if it has a label on it? I can’t find an image of the ingredients on Google.

Yes it is 100% gluten-free. I buy five or six of these at a time I love them so much. It’s made entirely of very specifically finely chopped Nori seaweed so it bursts little flavor of brine/ salt water just like real caviar. The best Caviar in the world are from Iran and Russia in the Caspoan Sea (I’m Iranian). This is not $450 an oz and doesn’t have a dead bloody belegua with its insides slides open to harvest her eggs. Nori seaweed is gluten- free just the same way that apples and grapes are gluten free but will never have a label on them saying -fresh apples. Gluten free. Vegan. Peant-free and not processed in a facility with dairy or eggs. It’s all just a given that there would be no gluten in pure Norj seaweed. Hope that helps. You will love this stuff!

Is this what the general sushi restaurants use on simple rolls then?

I don't believe so - this product is vegan and cruelty-free. Most of the time, the roe you find in sushi restaurants is actual fish eggs.

How long does it last after opening in the fridge?

I kept it for at least 3 months it got pushed to the back and I for got about it when I found it it was still good people don't use this the many ways you can try it  on a baked potatoes are a lay's potatoes chips instead of a cracker it is exactly what you have been looking for
