I’ve had a few work related spinal injuries over the years and needed to add some pressure & stretching into my exercisesThe small wheel was fantastic for pressure particularly between the shoulder bladesThe larger ones for that reverse bow stretchAn improvement would be some protrusions to the wheels either side of where ya spine rests this would give a point massage effect in addition to the general pressure.

I suffer with slipped discs and SI joint pain. Adding some morning stretching with these wheels into more routine has changed my life. Was worried they would be difficult to use or move during use but they are very sturdy and easy to use. Would recommend even for non yoga people.

Am very happy with this purchase because I needed something to assist with the upper back, thoracic region, as well as lower back, lumbar. At 74 I continue to struggle with acid reflux and other digestive issues which are directly related to spinal alignment. After spending "megabucks" with a chiropractor I went for "home care" and making some good decisions for my own needs. I am not someone who follows instructions well ... never have been and don't care that no instructions come with the wheels. Youtube has plenty of good videos to orient anyone interested in basics to advanced. I could feel the difference immediately in the thoracic spine with lots of belching that was necessary to help with my digestion. I was trained as a yoga instructor some years ago and this product is superb. Just let yourself ease into what "fits" for you and your body's needs at that time. Bodies do change ... don't get stuck in life ... find the flow and go. Don't make a problem where none exists. I may be 74, but, hey, I act like I am 4 and life is FUN and these wheels make it more so!!

Love the quality and strength. I'm 230lbs and have no fear putting my entire body weight onto each of the sizes. The results are incredible, much more relief that a chiropractor visit. I'm slowing getting the rest of my family into using them and everyone can't believe the results from fully relax stretch to cracking their backs.

Works great! I love that the strap is included. The different wheel sizes is awesome, but the smallest is my favorite. My husband likes the medium sized wheel. All wheels are sturdy and well cushioned.
