I have IBS-C. My doctor recommended this because it is flavor free and I need the fiber. I believe i use more than most people but it keeps my body working. I hate the orange flavoring in the other similar product. I use this in my coffee so really don't even know I'm taking it.

Great Product
Just mix well - clumping only problem in iced drinks for me Love that it is tasteless , as product . I dust over hot meals and all disappears into hot food before I get to table. Iโve reordered multiple times.

Benefiber is beneficial
Benefiber works well with my IBS-C along with other supplements. Itโs so much better than that other โorange-Flavoredโproduct. This dissolves easily and is tasteless.

Good fiber supplement
Good supplement, wish it came with a scoop. Sometimes there might be a โchunkโ that doesnโt dissolve so you get to chew something with your drink, it happens rarely but does happen. Took a while but feel regular and easy to take if you do protein shakes everyday. No taste and mixes well.

Good quality
Seems to work as expected and looks consistent in quality. The only problem I have with it, is the opening being too small for my hand when it is running low. I bought a another brand last time with the same quality and I could reach inside. I comfortably fit men's large size gloves, so my hands aren't huge. Maybe a long handle scoop would help...

No taste or texture - it completely dissolves!
Easy way to add fiber to diet. Stir it in coffee or a non-carbonated cold drink. You can't tell it as even added because it completely dissolves.
