Tastes AMAZING, low sugar, and consistent quality. They are chewy (like all protein products), but I love them.

I LOVE these bars. My dad, who is following an Ideal Protein diet, recommended these to me after airing my frustrations out about not finding good protein bars to eat. All I ask for in a protein bar is for the carbs not to be double the amount of protein, which let me tell you, is apparently asking for a lot! The birthday cake bars come out to 5g net carbs (24g total - 9g fiber - 10g sugar alcohol), which is amazing for someone who would rather use the extra carbs in eating pasta, not a tiny little snack. Protein count is exactly what I look for in a PROTEIN bar, at 21g, unlike others where they boast 14-15g. This may be acceptable for others, but normally the carb count is outrageous. Lastly, there's 7g of fat, which helps with my satiety after eating the bars. I actually feel full for a couple of hours after eating them! While the ingredients list is a bit intimidating to read, it's still nowhere near as processed as other competitors out there. Additionally, the flavor is shockingly delicious! I expected that gross processed flavor most protein bars have, but not with this one! Tastes just like a candy bar! I had one and was decidedly addicted after one bite. It makes me feel better that I'm able to actually make a difference in my protein intake without having to eat chicken all the time (now I love me some chicken, but I just don't want to be eating that as a snack between meals). For those who are trying to be more health conscious, these are a great purchase for those who want decent protein snacks. For those who follow the Ideal Protein weight loss program, my dad has informed me that these are compliant for the diet. The biggest drawback (but I believe this is to this particular flavor) is that the sprinkles get EVERYWHERE. It's easily fixed by eating in the wrapper though.

I have had issues finding a protein bar that is right for me. The right macros, the right price, the right texture, and the right flavor. I have tried so many that may check a few boxes but not all. One protein bars check all of them! Macros: decent macros considering the taste - 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar. It's a little high in sat. fats for me but considering the taste, that's a trade-off I'm willing to make and adjust for in other meals. Calorie count is good for a snack or low cal replacement. Price: 1.66-1.90 per bar as of July 21. I have subscribe and save so they are on the cheaper end of that range. Texture: cake-like and not chewy or hard! I love the little crunchy sprinkles on the birthday cake flavor. Flavor: not too synthetic tasting. I have tried birthday cake and blueberry. Both are great - If I have one for the day I will choose blueberry for an early morning snack or birthday cake in the afternoon as a dessert. I am ordering s'mores and cookies and cream now. These protein bars are a great overall snack that is nutritionally balanced, filling, and tasty.

Really happy with these ONE Protein Bars in the Birthday Cake flavor. The texture is soft and not too chewy, and the flavor actually tastes like birthday cake without being overly sweet. 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar makes them a great grab-and-go snack. I took off one star because the aftertaste is a tiny bit artificial

Sucralose, and for that matter any product that contains an artificial sweetener such as sucralose does a great disservice to men and women who are looking for a safe and healthy nutrition bar. On the package, it lists natural sugar as a sweetener and stevia. Far down the ingredient list one finds "sucralose". For anyone who isn't familiar with the risks associated with these "artificial" sweeteners - the list is long. I purchased two boxes, unaware that they contained this artificial sweetener, and will not eat them. Sadly, I won't even give them away. You see, years ago, following a bad car accident I was disabled for 4 years - unable to exercise. I put on significant weight and was looking for an alternative sweetener (calorie concern). I discovered sucralose and began using it frequently. However, within a month, my shoulders became inflamed, very painful and I found it difficult to even lift things. I went to the doctor, he suggested arthritis and that I begin taking meds. I almost went that route until I spoke with a friend, in nutrition at the time, and he told me my severe shoulder distress was due to sucralose. I immediately stopped using it. Amazingly, within a week the pain and discomfort in my shoulders disappeared. Later, I researched the side effects, neurological as well as muscular, associated with the product and was shocked at how truly dangerous it is. Shame on this company, their ill advised usage of this product and the charade they employed listing the product after having listed two natural, safe sweeteners.

These taste great and have 20 grams of protein. Only downside is they’re really expensive

Great flavors. However the ingredient lists for some of the bars are not up to date. I always check the ingredient list before I buy any protein bars due to some food allergies. I bought the birthday cake ones, and the picture provided shows a different ingredient list compared to the ones you get in person. The ones I received have new ingredients, unfortunately some of which I am allergic to. I only found out after eating a bar and having a reaction. Super disappointing, but thankfully I was able to get a refund! Check the bars you get before eating any of them just to make sure!

There is a weird aftertaste that will not make you complete the bar. I try it and give it to some of me friends and all of us agree that the is a bad aftertaste and we throw it away.

Worst taste ever, far away from birthday cake taste!

Love love love them. They taste like a real dessert. No chalky taste. It’s a cheat treat in the middle of the day. No guilt there. I can’t have nuts and these make up for it. Always have them on hand
