After one week I feel like they have had a positive impact on energy levels. They are quite large but providing they are swallowed with plenty of water (and after food), they have no after taste and seem gentle on the tummy. So far so good.

Can already feel a noticeable difference in energy levels. Would recommend eating with breakfast and with a full glass of water to make swallowing easier. Great value for money! I have endometriosis and PMDD and I feel these have helped with some of my symptoms too.

I have been taking supplements for over 25 years and have never actually experienced any that have reversed ageing. It's only after 6 weeks of taking these supplements religiously every day that I started to see a difference. My skin feels plump, I do not suffer from the occasional dry patches, my fine lines are barely noticeable and I have been commented on having glowing skin frequently. I am experiencing less hair drop and my energy levels have been well maintained despite it being the middle of winter. I love these so much I bought the male version for my husband. They are quite large pills but are easy to take with a few gulps of water and worth it given the benefit they provide.

These multivitamins are a great price and seem to be packed with vitamins but even after a few months taking them I’m struggling to swallow the daily tablet. I have to break it in half to consume and as such the taste isn’t pleasant. Won’t be buying them again for that reason.

This is my third purchase to date. My first pack of vitamins, about half way through, the colour of the tablets started to get speckles and darkened over a short space of time, to the point I had to throw them away. I am not one to give up or give in too soon. And so I purchased a second pack because I had noticed a small difference in my hair and nails and overall health. I managed to get through the whole pack without any speckles or darkening spots. I now put my tablets in the fridge, make sure the lid is secured tightly and cover the lid with cling film. This has made a huge difference, where I can take my vitamins and complete the whole pack completely unchanged from first opening. Hope this is helpful.

I wanted something to take to ensure I was getting the adequate amount of micronutrients. This tablet contains a fair amount l which is what I was looking for. The tablet size is quite big, and sometimes after swallowing I can still it in the back of my throat. If you wash it down quickly, there's no unpleasant taste, however it doesn't smell the best and sometimes when I've held it in my mouth for a few minutes I can get an unpleasant taste.

Great for over 50s

I bought these as an alternative to taking various other tablets. I'm hoping taking just one multivitamin will do just as well. I give 5 stars so far as, even though these are rather large, I've had no trouble swallowing them and there is no aftertaste. It's only been a week so I don't know how effective they will be but I'm hoping.

Benutze sie seit 2 Monaten und ich habe das Gefühl es tut meinem Körper gut. Und ich muss sagen, seitdem war nicht mehr krank. Vorher hatte ich ständig mit Mandelentzündung ect. zu tun. Also erst mal Daumen hoch. Bin jedenfalls begeistert und würde sie mir wieder kaufen.

Son las mejores vitaminas que he encontrado en el mercado, muy completas y sin aditivos artificiales para su recubrimiento como suele ocurrir con la mayoría. Desde que las tomo me encuentro con más energía y con mejor estado de ánimo. Además, he notado mi piel más hidratada y tersa y el cabello más fuerte y brillante. Es cierto que las pastillas son un poco grandes, pero no más que una pastilla de paracetamol de algunas casas farmaceuticas, y eso sí, en mi caso no me resulta difícil su ingesta, cosa que con otros medicamentos sí me ha ocurrido. Respecto al olor/ sabor, no diría que es neutro, pero tampoco desagradable, a mi me recuerda al olor de la levadura fresca o del pan recién horneado. Por otro lado, es muy práctico que solamente haya que tomar una pastilla al día y que lleve cantidad para tantos meses. Las volvería y volveré a comprar sin lugar a dudas.

انصح اي بنت تاخذه اول شيء يجلس معاك ستة شهور ويوفر فلوسك ثاني شيء يعطيك طاقة وما تحسي بالتعب خلال اليوم انا اخذه مع الفطور دايماً ثالث شيء مرة ملاحظ عليه يخلي نومك عميق وما يتقطع وبعد ما خلصت اول علبة وقفته شهر ولاحظت ان نومي صار سيء طلع مرة يأثر على النوم ويخليه عميق ومريح رابع شيء ما يحسس المعدة وأهم شيء يابنات خذوه مع الاكل لا تاخذوا اي مكمل لوحده لانه بيأثر على معدتكم خلال اليوم وبس اتمنى تهتموا بصحكتم وأكلكم يابنات اهم شيء صحتكم اذا راحت ماراح يفيد اي شيء في الدنيا

Incroyable qualité prix. Vous etes armée contre tout déficits pendant des mois. Pour des raisons médicales je dois maintenir ma santé étant dans l'impossibilité de manger suffisamment pour couvrir mes besoins vitaux. Complementaion à vie. J'ai étudié toutes sortes de compositions et j'ai trouvé en celle ci la meilleur formule et vien moibs cher. Heureuse, elles me durent longtemps et me gardent en très bonne santé, peau, cheveux plus fournis... Le bonheur. Ps: la pastille est un peu trop grosse et ne s'avale pas si facilement, ca peut surprendre

Valuto questo integratore 5 stelle. Io prendo questo integratore per integrare il ferro, essendo anemica da un bel po` di tempo. Oltre al ferro, sono presenti altre tipologie di vitamine e minerali, specifico per noi donne. Lo assumo regolarmente, a metà mattina, una volta al giorno, tutti i giorni, dal mese di Marzo, per contrastare la spossatezza. Dalle ultime analisi del sangue, il mio livello di ferro è nettamente risalito, infatti, da quando lo prendo mi sento energica, meno spossata. Un prodotto davvero eccellente!
