The curtain panes are AWESOME! If I could give them a 10 STAR I would! I originally purchased one for our east facing bedroom to help keep the light out and coolness in during the summer. We loved it so much, we bought 2 more for our dining and living rooms (west facing). I have noticed a difference in the inside heat/coolness since putting up the the blackout panels. People who see my homes ask me all of the time - where did you get those panels? I have a vacation mountain property that has very old windows. The location of the home is east/west facing so there is light always coming into the home. I had old fashion drapes with draperty hooks and hated them - the style was outdated. I opted for more stylish room solid colored room darkening drapes. More importantly the drapes did nothing to tame the cool/heat at the property. I ordered a panel to put over the sliding glass door. It made a HUGE difference in feeling the morning sun. HUGE HUGE HUGE difference. I then ordered 2 more for the living room. In the pictures attached of the mountain property the living room shows nicely. But the photos of the slider truly show how much light is drown out by the panel. I haven't attached photos of our primary residence because the vacation photos show how powerful the panel truly is! I truly love the panels. I love how they help to make the room look inviting. I love how they help to make the room warmer in cold weather and cooler in warm weather. I love how they come out of the package folded and fold marks come out just after hanging them - no ironing needed. I am a 'believer' and will purchase these panels again for our bedrooms at the mountain property!

These are excellent curtains for the money. The material is nice, the stitching seems solid, and the measurements are accurate. These are very good at keeping out light and the look very nice. Would recommend.

Great quality! Adds a richness to the space. The 84" curtains aren't heavy like some thicker curtains. Sheer and soft to touch. Price is right for the amount of fabric as well! The grommets slide smoothly too. Pictures don't do these justice. Worth it for what I needed.

This made a terrific room divider when I wanted to hide some storage boxes in the back side of a spare storage room!

Purchased the Chocolate Brown color for our back sliding door. This door faces due West so receives direct sunlight all afternoon, and into early evening. Although this curtain does block out a LOT of the light, we actually purchased this for the 'thermal' qualities. By early evening this room became very warm, even with the A/C on. Adding this curtain (and another Nicetown curtain on a standard window in this same room) GREATLY reduced the heat filling this room!! We could tell a difference on day one, after hanging this curtain! Definitely helps regulate the temperature in this room!! In the pic you can see we were able to install the curtain (and rod) under an existing valance, which previously held vertical blinds. SO much happier with these curtains than the previous blinds!!

These are fairly light-weight and soft- but when you hang them up there is NO light that comes through. Amazing. I have tried several other room darkening curtains over the years, and nothing came close to these. I am spreading the word.

these are heavy, and absolutely no light gets through - we use them for a temporary "bedroom" in a divided larger room, and works exactly as expected.

I live in Arizona where the sun is hot and relentless. These curtains do not allow one speck of light through...total blackout! I paid twice as much for curtains that are not half as good as these. Definitely exceeded my expectations! 👍👍
