I love this cream! My baby developed a bad batch of a baby rash or maybe eczema & my Dr recommended 1% hydrocortisone. The first pic was the first day right before i put the cream in his face. I use it three times a day. The second pic is the next morning before the cream was applied that day. The third pic the third day before the cream & the fourth is the fourth day before the cream. It worked fast & did not make my baby uncomfortable. I will be using this cream any time I see a rash come in. I also received one when it says there are two in a pack but it was $6 & that is a reasonable price for just one. It also worked for the newborn acne on his shoulders/chest!

Hydrocortisone, works well treating skin irritation from shaving when used moderately so as not to cause skin thinning.

I have been using this cream around the shaving area of my face and neck for over 20 years. It helps to heal the irritated areas of your shaved face and neck. Recommend not shaving for 2 to 3 days, to give the cream an opportunity to work into the pause. When your face begins to bumped from shaving, this is the cream you want to put on that irritated shaved area. It helps in the soothing of the shaved areas, as well as the darkening, which leaves a shadow. It also remove some of that darkening of the shaved area. What's more, your face will return to a smoothness, the first time after you shave again, just like your first shave. The cream does a very good job getting into your pause so it can do what it suppose to do. I find the other hydrocortisone products stay mostly on the surface of the skin, this is why they do not work as good as this one, in my opinion. A bit expensive, but yet worth every penny. NOTE: You can also use on the back of your neck for bumps caused by your barber using a dull blade, or failing to clean the clippers to a high standard, which may cause bumping. Try it, you will not be sorry, I' am not.

I didn't notice until after I bought this product that a ton of customer reviews stated that they only received 1 tube, instead of the promised 2 tubes (1oz each), just as they did to me. It's sold and shipped from Amazon, not a third-party seller, and they're usually more reliable than this. At least Amazon actually allows you to do a return/refund for this product, unlike many medicinal products they sell, such as most vitamins/supplements. Unfortunately, I need it desperately right now and can't afford the time it would take to mail it back, just to have them possibly ship me another that could ALSO be incorrectly sent as a single pack, like what many reviewers have said happened to them multiple times in a row. Amazon won't just mail you another tube without returning the original though, so I definitely won't be buying this supposed "double-pack" again since I just spent twice the amount of money for half the product! And the tubes are half the size of many other brands, so it won't last as long. I'm disabled and don't have money to waste, especially in this economy. The product itself is amazing though and just what I was looking for. Most Hydrocortisone Creams are way too thick and heavy to use on my face, but I've had excellent luck with Aveeno products and thought it was worth it to pay a little more for a quality brand. It's a lot lighter than most other Hydrocortisone Creams and feels wonderful on my face, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It has a Triple-Oats formula (Oat Flour, Oil & Extract), Vitamin E and Aloe that help soothe and lightly moisturize your skin without being too heavy. I haven't noticed it clogging up my pores at all, probably since it feels much less greasy than all the other brands I've tried, so it doesn't make my skin feel any more oily than a light-weight face cream would. Since the tube is half the size of most brands (1oz instead of the average 2oz tubes) and I've only received 1 tube out of the 2-pack I ordered, I'll have to use the less expensive and heavier Cortisone-10 on the rest of my body to save some money and make sure it lasts until I can afford to order it again. If I actually got what I paid for, it would definitely be worth paying a little extra for such a quality product. But if you'd prefer, or don't mind, a heavier and thicker product, stick with other name brands that are less expensive. I have VERY sensitive skin and have had no previous reactions with ANY Aveeno products since I've started using them probably 15yrs ago. I have had a lot of reactions with most of the hypoallergenic products I've tried from other name-brands and even off-brands over the years. I've probably tried at least a hundred different products/brands over the years even though I only use a couple different products throughout the day (I am NOT exaggerating!). So, now I usually stick to Aveeno, if possible, to prevent wasting money on products I could have a bad reaction to, especially face products. I was thrilled when I found out that Aveeno makes a Hydrocortisone Cream too, especially since I recently had a Stem Cell Transplant to treat my Leukemia and now my body is fighting the foreign DNA in my body (called Graft-vs-Host-Disease, or GVHD), resulting in horrible, itchy skin rashes that often feel like bad burns. If you have Skin GVHD (the most common type, compared to GVHD that affects a specific organ/organs) from having ANY kind of transplant, including organ transplants, or if you've recently undergone Chemo or Radiation since they can make your skin a lot more sensitive and can cause horrible skin reactions, I highly recommend this product because it's so gentle, yet effective. Just don't waste your money on this supposed "double-pack" though. It's better to pay a little more for a single-pack in order to ensure they won't rip you off by only giving you half the order. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves that this many people have complained about it for YEARS (I've seen reviews stating the same problem has been happening at least as far back as 2021), and they still haven't fixed the issue yet?!? It's sold and shipped from Amazon, not a third-party seller, so why haven't they done anything about it yet?!? They're usually more reliable than this, which is why I usually prefer to buy directly from Amazon whenever possible, but it seems like they're caring more and more about making money, and less about making customers happy. Please, please, please fix the issue quickly for all your loyal customers out there. Or at least stop selling it as a 2-pack when, according to all the customer reviews I've seen, it appears that half the time you only deliver 1 tube, even when customers have returned it in order to have the correct amount sent to them. It's well past time that you fixed the problem!

Buying this product for wife and only this time receive near expiry item

It's nice product but I'm disappointed coz the expiry is very soon to expired sept 2024, same I first purchased I think for the second purchase is not the same but absolutely the same sept 2024.
