Bought these for a row boat and they fit right in the slot and my collapsible oars stay perfectly in place while rowing!

Works like oarlocks should
They are easy to install and use. For some reason they were a bit tight In my oar sockets And I needed ti file them down some in order for them to swivel easily.I do recommend this item. My oar sockets are built into my sailing dinghy, so I didn't want to modify them.

Very Good Initial Impression - Quality
