When it comes to a product like this there is no "one size fits all". I am not saying the seller claimed that, rather I am saying that it won't fit every vehicle perfectly. The quality seems to be above average but I will see how well it does over time. Comparing it to the photos of the others I believe it's design had the goal of making it to last in mind. Speaking of one size fits all, the product will definitely be put to the test as I own a Boerboel (South-African Mastiff) puppy who will weigh 150-200 lbs when full grown. At one year he is probably about 125 lbs. His size and the fact that he isn't mature enough to sit still will challenge this product. That said, for a smaller dog I would say that you will love it. Dogs 90-100 lbs should be cool with it. Above that, well we shall see.3 years later and my puppy turned out to be a "small" adult maxing out at 120-125 lbs. There is no way this product will hold up. The eyelets popped out after about 5 short rides even before he was full grown.

Our dog is spoiled so he likes his very own back-seat A/C so you will see you can leave one side down so your dog can have what I call a Semi-Hammock experience, still see you, enjoy the rear seat air conditioning blasting, but not slobber on driver rear seat leather. Got this for our 2015 F150 extended cab. Fits the back cab perfectly. Wish It was 6" longer but it is what it is. My dog is an idiot and she insists on standing up the entire ride, I know reviews said their dogs slide around, I haven't had that issue. Love the slits for a seat belt to fit through, keeps The Kraken in the back where she should be not trying to drive.My pup also had a UTI at one point which meant she peed on everything including the back seat. It just puddled right up, didn't leak through and cleaned up the mess easily without damage to the truck.Very fast in/out so if I need to transport humans or hose off the hammock it's easy to remove.

This worked well for my 35 pound dog. I used to put her in the back cargo of my SUV for short 5 min rides, but realized how dangerous this would be for her if we were ever in an accident so I decided to try this product. For my long ride with her, I had to wedge a 42" TV in it's box in the floor section of the SUV so it actually helped to keep her on the seat well (might keep the box for that reason!)... but once I figured out that the little "pillows" that came sewn on the canvas were meant to be lodged in between the seat and the seatback, the product was much more secure than I initially thought. I think she'll stay on the seat just fine without the box. It's so important to restrain dogs in cars... just had a friend who got in a very serious accident with her dog as a passenger and after thousands of dollars in vet bills& horrible pain, her active young dog might still lose the leg. So spending this to keep my pooch retrained is easily justified. I fashioned the hammock so she would take up 2/3 of the seat and I could use the 1/3 seat for a passenger or soft cargo. Am glad I got it.

We have received the dog hammock in great condition and are very impressed with it's quality. The grommets andswivel closers work so much better than the straps we had on a previous sling, which didn't last a month with threerambunctious dogs. This one is good and solid and is very useful for us. We initially put it in the back of a small suv asa back seat sling and it worked great...it has certainly performed as advertised. But we have just purchased a new hatchback utility vehicle and have discovered it works great backwards as well...as a barrier to help keep the dogs in the back and also a waterproof lining for the floor in back. We are very happy with the purchase...thank you very much for providing such a high quality product. My husband is looking at a crew cab pickup to purchase and we will definitely get one of these hammocks for use in the back seat of the new truck.
