The Nike Intensity Speed Rope high-speed skipping rope is equipped with very fast rotating ball bearings and thin, low-torsion wire cable. The length can be adjusted using an Allen key included. Contoured and rubberised handle made of very light material ensures a perfect fit and secure grip. Review: Straight trash - Like everything Nike, this is straight up trash and a waste of money. It binds all the time, the caps securing the rope will twist off at any time, and weighted handles make zero sense and the actual cord is terrible, even for speed jumping. Avoid this hot trash from Nike... avoid Nike entirely. Review: Doesn’t live up to the hype! - These are very light. Though the cut-to-size feature is good. The overall weight distribution is off which results in uneven. The rope also has a tendency to tangle. Overall I had high expectations but the weight and tangling is annoying. I would have returned it but I had already cut to size.

Like everything Nike, this is straight up trash and a waste of money. It binds all the time, the caps securing the rope will twist off at any time, and weighted handles make zero sense and the actual cord is terrible, even for speed jumping. Avoid this hot trash from Nike... avoid Nike entirely.
