I clean it as I do every other pot. Occasionally if anything sticks just a light scrubbing will do. As noodles are cooking I stir it so it doesn’t stick especially if I crack a couple of eggs in it. Love this pot. I only use it for Ramen.

Will this work on an induction stove?

Induction stoves do require you to use a pot that is magnetic. Iron pots, steel-plated pots, and some stainless steel pots.

does the pot turn/change color if it's being used directly on heat (like gas stove)? will it turn dark after use?

Mone has not changed color with direct heat. I have used it three or four times on an electric stove. It has not changed color.

Is it enough to make two ramens?

Great question. My wife and I tried, but just could NOT make it work with two packages. Why? We found that with additives (in Korean style) i.e. fresh egg, a little veggies, even meats, etc., the amount of room remaining for water in the one pot (using two packages of Ramen) was insufficient. The "soup" is such an important element of great Ramen! Great pot, I might add, just a perfect size for the perfect Ramen dish!
