I’ve tried so many different brands of pasta and we eat pasta at least 3 times per week. I purchased these because it’s organic and the shape of this pasta for my kids. But noticed the pasta gets mushy fast even before it’s fully cooked through. It looks as if flour is dissolving in water. We like pasta that still looks smooth once fully cooked. There are other organic brands that provide that quality. Will not be buying these again. It’s too pricy for this quality.
