Excellent LEDs. White and bright!

I received my 100 pack of violet LED's today, and I have been testing each one. So far, every single LED works, and they look so beautiful. The brightness is excellent too. I have added a 300 ohm resistor to dim them down a bit while I check them. Without it, it's blindingly bright, but in a good way. I am very happy with these. I am very please that these are of genuinely violet color. I would absolutely buy these again. 100 for 5 bucks is a steal for these excellent quality LED's.

these are great , work as they should but just be aware that the lights throw off a blue cast white light. picture below of what I was looking for and what this diode lights up as, you will see what I mean by it having a blue undertone. the little one is the one I replaced the diode in. I was trying to match the taller one

I've only used one of these LED's so far, but I am very pleased with the noticeably brighter intensity of the light. I wish I had purchased these earlier.

I have check 50% of them and test uv with uv glue. So far all but 1 out of the 50%. Harding glue quick. All 50% worked with no bad ones. Will buy again for next project. They are more directly light, so keep in mind if buying them.😁

I've used these in a couple epoxy projects, and all of them worked well initially. One of them, however, in a project that where I can't replace it, dimmed when then went out. It could be an anomaly, but until I know more I'm going to give it three stars. An LED should last longer than this one did.

I will never purchase them again I believe. There are enough to last my lifetime I am pretty sure as I am in my seventies. Great value. I will leave however many remain when I am gone to my children.
