Small compact system to make quick sauces for a single person. I can leave it on kitchen counter. Easy to wash. I can grind my pumpkin seeds, walnuts and pistachios as well. I like making my salad dressings fresh everyday without having to wash a big blender, where half of the dressing goes to waste as it sticks to the blender.I bought the same product 2 years ago and just purchased my second one.Definitely a plus for every kitchen.. quality plus convenient plus efficient and good value for money. .

I have used this grinder for 1.5 years now . It worked ok. All of sudden 1 of the grinder jar isn’t working. When I pay 40$ for a grinder I expect it to work atleast for 5 years.

This does the job well. I have used it extensively to grind dry spices. From mustard seed, celery seed, and warm spices like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to dried leafy herbs like basil, parsley, and dried onion. It works great and you can pretty easily control the fineness of the grind based upon the time spent grinding. Wet herbs in the second grinding cup also work well. I have ground fresh basil, garlic, oregano, and marjoram. I removed a couple of stars. 1 from easy to use... There is both a plastic cap that fits over the grinding cups and a larger plastic "shield" that is used to press down and initiate the grind. This setup is mildly wonky and requires you to use the inner plastic cap for every grind. The drawback is, they only send along one inner plastic cap. Even when buying extra cups they don't include more caps. I lost that cap! The saving grace was that I was able to reach out to their support email address and they had a replacement cap in the mail the next day. It would be nice if they simply included more caps from the start. It is also pretty loud. But, what grinder isn't?

May 12, 2022:I received the replacement from the SHARDOR with proper inner lid that fits perfectly unlike the previous time. So this replacement was pretty good and hit all bells and whistles. For dry grinding this is the best anyone can get. Just be cautious on the wet grinding. We use it for chutney/small quantity salsa. It does grind perfectly but make sure not to have a lot of liquid just to avoid any leakage (for example this is not smoothie making).I would still have two suggestions for the product manufacturer- having the inner rubber removed and changed completely inner stainless steel (some of the mixer grinder product from India somehow design this way) and work on the improvement for the lids especially for the wet grinding. Overall I completely recommend this product and I am absolutely pleased with the customer support from the product supplier, manufacturer, and amazon in working with our troubles.Feb 23, 2022: We ordered by seeing the impressive design and look. It is OK. But, one of the bowl lid was super loose for us. So, the wet grinding leaks through and makes a mess. Cleaning that mess is difficult and takes time. Also, there's a rubber part where the blade is locked to the bowl makes it interact with the food. sometimes you smell rubber, because of the heat it generates during grinding. they could make it complete stainless steel inner bowl and put the rubber underneath or minimized the rubber part internally small.. dry grinding is okay.

Works great, coffee grinds nicely with just a couple pushes. Both work great one for coffee and the other for herbs, does a great job on both. Would recommend!

Item arrived on time. But when I opened the package, the box was noticeably torned on the sides. When I checked the contents, both cups had 2 blades on it. But the item description states that 1 cup should have 4 blades for wet grinding.
