Can this product be used on a 6 month old baby, please?

The ingredients are all natural and it’s definitely gentle enough to use on a 6 month old. I use it on my 1 year old daily and if he wasn’t bald when he was born I would have used it much sooner.

Is this product not supposed to have a seal under the cap ? The last one I purchased was sealed

From my memory it does not have a seal,, I know the e vitamin blast oil has an seal, this is Auntie Jackie new bottles they look different then the old styled bottling.
